2. For what purposes and on what legal bases do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and other regulations on personal data protection. We process your personal data for the purposes stated in this information and in accordance with the following legal bases:

2.1. Undertaking analytical and pre-contractual actions, conclusion and execution of contracts
By using AIdelegate (hereinafter collectively as: "AIdelegate"), you consent to us processing your personal data provided in the registration form or in another form, provided that you have provided us with any personal data. We will not use the collected personal data without authorization or make it available to third parties, except in cases where this is permitted by a special law or is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.We process and analyze data about your activity on our AIdelegates, interactions with an AI avatar or sociodemographic responses and the like, and which data are anonymized for the purpose of providing IT services that represent our core business, and we transfer such anonymized data to third parties, our business partners, with a fee. We process personal data for the purpose of assessing the risks we assume and on the basis of which we will decide whether we can provide you with our services. If you enter into a contract with us or submit an appropriate form and/or request, we process your personal data for the purpose of executing the contract.

2.2. Fulfillment of legal obligations
We may process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations in accordance with legal and by-law tax and accounting regulations.

2.3. Legitimate interests
We have the right to process your personal data for the purposes of our legitimate interests, except in cases where these interests are stronger than your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data. In doing so, we will take into account your reasonable expectations regarding the processing of personal data based on your contractual or other relationship with us. Our legitimate interest is, for example, the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, contacting, providing services, doing business, preventing and detecting fraud or other criminal or misdemeanor acts, and other purposes listed below. We may also process your personal data for statistical purposes in order to obtain statistical data related to our business, whereby we make sure that the processing of personal data for statistical purposes does not enable your identification.

- for advertising and sending promotional materials;

- to evaluate and analyze the activities on this AIdelegate, users, opinions through questions;

- to analyze the way in which people (including you) who use our services and content in order to improve them and develop new products and services more adapted to the wishes of users;

3. Which categories of personal data do we process?
We process personal data that we have collected from you through our AIdelegate. This may or may not include, depending on the rules of use, your basic data (eg GSM mobile phone number, constituency, age category, gender, level of education). Since we collect only those data that are necessary for us to achieve a certain purpose, in some cases it is possible to achieve the purpose of processing by using a smaller amount of data than previously described.

4. To whom will personal data be disclosed?
If it is necessary to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes, or if it is established by regulations, we may disclose your personal data to natural and legal persons, public authorities or other bodies (recipients). Regardless of which recipients we deliver your personal data to, we will deliver only those data that are necessary to achieve the specific purpose of the processing. It can be the following recipients:

- Public authorities, courts and other recipients

If it is stipulated by law or other regulation, we may also submit your personal data to public authorities for the purpose of carrying out their official tasks, such as the ministry responsible for finance, the ministry responsible for internal affairs, the competent state attorney's office, as well as the court, notary public or to the tax authority for the purposes of the procedure they lead, etc. In the same cases, we may also deliver your personal data to other recipients, i.e. natural and legal persons who have a business relationship with us in a broader connection with the conclusion and execution of contracts (e.g. print service providers, providers of postal and courier services, translators, IT service providers, lawyers, notaries, etc.). If we hire other natural or legal persons to process your personal data who will process your personal data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions (processors), based on a written contract, we will only hire those processors who sufficiently guarantee the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and regulations on personal data protection and ensure the protection of your rights.

Your personal data is processed within our company and the European Union.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is processed, unless we are bound by additional legal terms for their storage or accounting regulations. In addition, we keep personal data for as long as there is a legal possibility for legal claims to be made based on the concluded contract, which also includes the legally prescribed period (e.g. for the possibility of enforcement) after the final conclusion of a judicial, administrative or other appropriate procedure initiated in order to exercise rights and obligations related to contracts for the sale of goods. If we process certain personal data on the basis of consent, in case of withdrawal of consent we will delete your personal data, unless there is another legal basis for processing or if the processing of your personal data is necessary for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

7. What are the consequences if you do not provide us with your personal data?
In cases where your personal data is not necessary and necessary for us, it has no special effects on you. In certain cases, we need your personal data to perform our basic business activities. If you do not provide us with personal data in these cases or do not do so to the extent that we need this data, we will not be able to enter into a contract and we will not be able to fulfill our obligations under the contract. Please pay special attention to the fact that if, due to failure to provide the necessary personal data, we will not be able to fulfill our contractual obligations, we are not responsible for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations on our part. In cases prescribed by special regulations, refusal to provide certain personal data may result in us not being able to conclude a contract with you.

8. What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data?
In addition to the conditions prescribed by the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

• the right to access - the right to obtain information about whether we process your personal data and if such personal data is processed, access to personal data and information, among other things, about the processed personal data, about the purpose of processing, storage period, export to third countries and Ph.D.

• the right to correction - the right to correct incorrect and the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

• the right to deletion ("right to be forgotten") - the right to delete personal data relating to you if, among other things, the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, if you have withdrawn consent for processing and if there is no other legal basis for processing, if your personal data has been illegally processed, etc. This right has limitations, so it cannot be applied if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the establishment, realization or defense of legal claims or for compliance our legal obligations that require processing according to the regulations that bind us

• the right to restriction of processing - the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data (e.g. when you dispute the accuracy of the data, when you object to the deletion of illegally processed data)

• the right to object - the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to you that we process on the basis of legitimate interest, including profiling. In this case, we can process personal data relating to you only if we prove that our legitimate reasons for processing exceed your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims

• the right to data portability - the right to receive and transfer data to another controller if you have provided us with personal data in a structured form and in a commonly used and machine-readable format if the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on consent or on a contract• the right to object to the making of automated individual decisions, including the creation of a profile - the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including the creation of a profile, which produces legal effects that relate to you or similarly significantly affect you, unless such a decision is necessary for the conclusion or execution of your contract, if it is permitted by EU law or national law that prescribes appropriate measures to protect the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject or is based on the express consent of the data subject

• the right to withdraw consent - if the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right, without any consequences, to withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written notification of withdrawal of consent to the data protection officer, by coming to our business premises or via the user (web) interfaces, if applicable. In this case, we may no longer process your personal data, unless there is another legal basis for their processing. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment it is declared, which means that it does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data in the period from giving consent until its withdrawal

To exercise all your rights regarding the processing of personal data, you can contact our data protection officer.In order to be able to act on your request to exercise your rights, we have the right to ask you for additional information to confirm your identity. If we cannot confirm your identity, we have the right to refuse to act on your request. If your requests to exercise your rights are clearly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their frequent repetition, we have the right to charge you a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.

9. The right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the regulations on personal data protection, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State in which you have your usual residence, where your place of work or the place of violation of the regulations on personal data protection is located.
